A. I like being able to communicate and service anyone in the world. All the customer needs is an internet connection,email address and a phone and we can do business. It brings me great joy to use modern technology to reach so many people. Imagine a business owner in a rural area with limited capital but needs help with their business plan, marketing plan. etc and there is no one around to help.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. A favorite story I have from my work is getting my very first customer. This customer had a multitude of ideas but didn't know how to make any of them come to reality. I worked with this customer for 2 weeks. The very first week was brainstorming and organizing and the 2nd week was implementing ideas.
This customer was amazed at B.T. Elite Service. He initially thought that we couldn't or would not get the job done because he had been through several big consulting firms before. In the end the customer was blown away. He was so pleased about his work that he start referring his other associates to use our service. Persistence pays off for him and for us. He is now one of our biggest clients.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I decided to start a consulting firm because of previous accomplishments I had experienced in corporate America. I realized that my talents were making the company big profits. The relationships that I had built created more business for the company. I was a valuable asset to the company! I felt that I could do this for myself and create a dynasty that was more concerned with making clients visions come true versus gaining the money. Once I gained the clients trust I didn't want to feel pressure from the company to force their values/goals on the clients that I knew was not going to be a good fit for them. It was all about the profits.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Continuing education is key to any successful business. The world changes and so does business. B.T. Elite employees are expected to attend one business seminar a month. There are different seminars offered through the SBA, WEDA-Atlanta and other professional organizations.
This keeps our business at cutting edge productivity and exceeding clients expectations. Clients can expect any project that we complete to use the most up-to date technology, techniques or strategies.
