- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is key to any successful business. The world changes and so does business. B.T. Elite employees are expected to attend one business seminar a month. There are different seminars offered through the SBA, WEDA-Atlanta and other professional organizations. This keeps our business at cutting edge productivity and exceeding clients expectations. Clients can expect any project that we complete to use the most up-to date technology, techniques or strategies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to start a consulting firm because of previous accomplishments I had experienced in corporate America. I realized that my talents were making the company big profits. The relationships that I had built created more business for the company. I was a valuable asset to the company! I felt that I could do this for myself and create a dynasty that was more concerned with making clients visions come true versus gaining the money. Once I gained the clients trust I didn't want to feel pressure from the company to force their values/goals on the clients that I knew was not going to be a good fit for them. It was all about the profits. B.T. Elite is a small business consulting firm that makes customers first, exceeds their expectations, and makes their visions become realistic.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We are living in an era where modern technology gets the job done faster, more efficient, and takes our dreams to the next level. Important advice that I will give to any client looking to hire a service provider such as B.T. Elite Consulting Group is look over their website. If there is a phone number listed, call them and speak with a consultant. Ask the company for references and sign a contract. This is the most important detail is this new way of doing business. SIGN A CONTRACT between you and company. This will ensure that business is done professionally and any discrepancies can be held in the court of law.
