I had a desktop and laptop that Chris worked on. He did an excellent job of cleaning up the desktop, and set up my laptop, transferring files to it. I really appreciate the time he put in to address my concerns. Great job!

My screen went black on my laptop. I took it to 3 different shops which quoted me $100 to $150 to fix. I found Chris and he found a button that was stuck keeping my screen from working. He fixed it in less than 5 minutes and didn't charge me a thing. Chris is an honest guy. I'm will bring all my computer problems to Chris from now on. Thank you very much ! P.S. He didn't charge me, But I still gave him few bucks.

My PC was limping, then restarting non-stop. Chris ran tests and found that Norton was actually strangling the system and there was malware on my computer. He got the PC running faster than ever and installed better viral protection. Also got it FW3 compatible for an external drive I wanted to use. A+ work, a good cost savings and no downside.

We've purchased 3 Computer Towers And A Monitor Plus Had Chris Change Out Parts To Increase Capacity And Function.     Make sure that the technician working on your computer is certified and has the experience for fixing you computer. I am A+ , Network+, and Microsoft certified technician. I have worked for Dell for over 4 years. I have been a field technician and computer refurbish-er for the last three years. I have refurbished and serviced over 2000+ computers in the last five years. I have experience in fixing Dell, HP, Compaq, Gateway, Sony, e machines and more. I fix everything from Laptops, Desktops, LCD Monitors, and various electronics. I also have some work on Macintosh computers . The more experience the technician is, the quicker and more efficient he or she will be able to resolve your problem.
