- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is competitive and reasonable I prefer to price just labor not material but I will price all inclusive if asked
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first I'd like to speak with them and find out exactly what they're looking for and then if it's something simple go ahead and schedule to come through the work if it's a little more planning schedule a meeting to look and price
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the trade 10 years currently have my journeyman license also was an instructor for 4 years
