A. In my nine years of experience i can say that hardwoods have no secrets for me .I did both ,Installation and Refinishing. The most common jobs are the Refinishing jobs since the wood can be resanded many times .

Big companies usually hire peolple for their ability to sell but no experience in the line of work .The result is a big gap between the salesman and the subcontractor that puts in danger the work quality and the material quality
