I am very appreciative of this business. My heat stopped working a little over two weeks ago and then I went out of town for a week. Came back and had a swift reminder that I needed to get my furnace checked. This was the first business to pop up and because of the ratings decided to book. To my surprise, I was contacted almost immediately. Ray understood that having no heat is serious and he offered to come that day. It was already afternoon hours, so I was very shocked. He came and looked at my furnace, gave me some useful information about my unit, its condition, etc. He checked quite a bit of things and in the end he changed out 2 of my filters and turned down my flames so the unit wouldn’t overheat and shut off again. He stayed until he knew it was working properly. I have to admit, I was not expecting/was not prepared to pay what I did and since this was my first call-out outside my home warranty I was taken aback. But I do understand anything dealing with HVAC can be expensive. I was just thankful he accepted credit cards. I would recommend!

My process with new customers is very simple. I charge $80.00 to diagnose your issue/come out to your residence. I meet with the customer and explain the whole process of the job from diagnosis to repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate degree in Air Conditioning Technology, i possess the epa 608 universal certification and I'm a Nate certified technician. ( Nate id : 8190377)
