Trending Floors LLC was amazing to work with. I asked for photos throughout the process, and they sent me photos at each phase of the project. They sanded stained and coated my hardwood floors. I had an appointment between the hours of 11 am and 12 pm. At 11:41 am, I received a text that stated that the guys would be late. This was due to the guys having to pick up the carpet. It was stated that they would be at my home at 1pm. At 1 pm, the guys where not there. I called Trending Floors with my concerns and was told that it was a Saturday and this happens. They should be there around 2pm. I asked for a discount due to the late arrival. There was nothing offered by the company for the wasted time. The guys arrived at 2:30pm. However, once they finally arrived, the carpet that was done on our stairs looks great and the repairs to the hardwoods loos great. They were very professional. If you don't care about the worker being several hours late, they will do a great job.
