- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a standard hourly rate and a holiday hourly rate. We do have a four hour minimum. Due to our rate structure, we are able to attract the best and most loyal staff members to provide superb service you deserve!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers are required to complete a Staff Interest Form for each event. It's a short questionnaire that allows us to collect vital information so that we can deliver a comprehensive quote. It also triggers our customers to contemplate all the services and products that we offer -- they are often surprised at our one stop shop!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner and staff are required to complete the National Restaurant Association's ServSafe Alcohol - Responsible Alcohol Service Training and Certification Program. We offer 25+ years experience.
