What initially drew me to this company was their competitive pricing - at $90, they stood out in a sea of overpriced quotes for the relatively straightforward service I needed. From the get-go, the proprietor was prompt in his communication. He made it clear that he was the sole operator of the business, which added a personal touch to the service. He provided a clear timeline for his arrival and met it precisely, a rarity in service appointments today. Upon meeting, his friendliness and professionalism were immediately apparent. Despite the move involving just a few items, he handled everything with care, packing and transporting my belongings neatly and securely. An added convenience was being able to ride along with him to the destination, which streamlined the process considerably. The unpacking at the destination was as efficient and careful as the loading had been. Despite his truck being on the older side and having a broken door, this did not detract from the quality of service provided. In fact, his courteous offer to assist with the door highlighted his gentlemanly demeanor. It's evident that Detach Junk Removal & Moving is a burgeoning enterprise, spearheaded by an individual who is not only ambitious but also highly committed to providing exemplary customer service. His punctuality, friendliness, and professionalism are qualities that will undoubtedly propel his business to success. The issue of the truck is minor and will surely be resolved as the business grows. A note on pricing: the service requires a 2-hour minimum, so the total cost for the minimum duration of service is $180. Given the level of service provided, this represents excellent value. I wholeheartedly recommend Detach Junk Removal & Moving for anyone in need of moving services. This young entrepreneur's dedication to his craft and his customers is commendable. Andre and his team are awesome! Helped us pack, and move our house to two different locations! Cost was perfect. Really affordable. I also booked him for junk removal and he did a phenomenal job as well. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Andre and his team is awesome! We moved to a 3 stories townhome and they did a great job. They took exceptional care of our belongings and they even helped us to wrap our furnitures, they were polite and did not hesitate to ask questions to ensure that everything went smoothly. Moving is always stressful, but they did a great job of alleviating that stress with their great work. We are extremely pleased, and our moving day went super smoothly.
