The crew at DiRTSCAPE is very professional. After coming by to see what the job entailed, they followed up with a quote later that day. I wanted a raised garden bed put together, installed and dirt added. Once I agreed to the amount quoted, I was on the schedule. They had to delay the date agreed on due to rain, but they communicated with me. The day of the job from start to finish was very neat. If you can imagine being neat with dirt. They are awesome. They even told my mom it was their first time doing one of these and it was perfect. HIRE THEM!!!!

Came out look at my project and said would give a quote for work! Alex then ghosted me and that is so unprofessional and hung up on me when I called him this morning! I have been trying to get this quote for four days and I have a timeline to get my yard done. They should learn to be responsive and respectful not to waste a prospective customer’s time! This is horrible and unacceptable!!

Normally we address the potential customer or customer, but in this case we are addressing the readers of our reviews. We did look at Gladys' property and sent her a quote within 24 hours of our visit. (Willing to show screenshot) She then responded by being belligerently harassing through both text message and Thumbtack threads to both the business owner and office manager. She name called and basically implied that we were confused, incompetent and lying to her. at which time we made the choice to tell her that we wished her the best in finding another landscaper. We did report her behavior to Thumbtack and yet she continued. No one ghosted her or hung up the phone through this entire process. We made it very clear that we thought she had no intention of hiring us as we would not hire anyone who was incompetent, confused or lying to us and that it was best for her to communicate with someone that she did intend to hire. It is still our hope that she has her project completed by a quality professional.
