KleanEasy is a great company. He was on time and got straight to work. He finished within the time he said he would. There was an accident that caused our lamp to break while he was cleaning our carpets. He went above and beyond our expectations to make it right! Not many people go beyond expectations, but KleanEasy did. Our carpets haven't looked this great in years!! I will use them every time our carpets need cleaning! Thanks KleanEasy!!

I had a great experience with KleanEasy. Tony was informative but not overbearing. He always answered the phone or called me back in a timely manner. He worked with my schedule. He showed up on time and delivered extremely clean carpets. I will be using him in the future and referring him!

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Get educated on the different cleaning systems and the different approaches to pricing. Watch the 10 minute pricing explanation on my website at http://kleaneasy.net/HowPricingWorks.aspx. There is a BIG difference in companies. I want to earn your trust and your business.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. 1. Do They Have Good References?
2. What Kind Of Experience Do They Have?
3. Are They Well Educated In Their Field?
4. What Systems Do they Use?
5. Do You Get What You Bargain For?
6. Do They Use Top Quality Products?
7. Do They Guarantee Their Work?
8. Do They Offer A Referral Program?
Unfortunately the carpet cleaning industry is filled with so-called "cleaners" who want to get in and out of your home as quickly as possible AND with much of your hard-earned money in their pockets. They rarely have repeat business because their customers rarely want them to return. Our company, however, enjoys a golden reputation with our customers and clients. Our cleaning system is referred exclusively by the most well-known carpet manufacturers. Our references are available upon request.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. A great story: I once had a “steamer” cleaner try to convince me and my customer that all that lather from my system had to leave a “sticky residue.” (Again, I am not knocking the steam method. It is a good system provided the technician is committed to doing a good job). He used the “getting out of the shower covered with soap” analogy to make his point. My customer was starting to buy his argument. So, I challenged him to take a couple of ounces of water and pour it out on an area I had cleaned and was now dry. I told him that if dry soap remained in the carpet then obviously it would lather up if he poured the water on the carpet and massaged it with his fingers. He agreed. So, he did. He rubbed and rubbed but no lather emerged (and I had cleaned that area only about an hour earlier). I told him, there is simply too little shampoo in the carpet to be sticky or lather up. Then I added that what does remain will be vacuumed out when my customer does her next vacuuming. My system leaves the right kind of residue.
