Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. No home inspector has more certifications and experience than me. Don't consider a home inspector unless he is ICC Code Certified and has several years experience. Experience and training makes the difference. Don't just consider price when choosing a home inspector, you really do get what you pay for.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I like being able to give my clients the very best home inspection possible. I like the fact that I have literally thousands of satisfied customers.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Customers usually want to know if I will be able to find the defects in the home they are considering buying. I tell them that with my experience and training, they can expect the very best inspection and that I am a lot more likely to find the defects that others with less experience and training.
