- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ask details about what services come with the standard and deep cleans along with all new customers, we require a $30-$50 non refundable deposit for any service same day and future new client appointments. We have discounts for reoccuring services also so please inquire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the family and home as I want you to feel 100% comfortable with your cleaning experience. Getting to know the like’s & dislikes of certain areas in the home and things that need more attention than other’s.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certificates and trophies from Merry Maids after 10 yrs of dedicated service. We also were nominated through The People’s Choice Awards & have not even been in business 3 year’s! We were so excited to be nominated!
