Introduction: I maintain 3 apartment complexes, a total of 105 units. I've worked in residential remodeling for 10 years. I owned and operated a landscaping and lawn maintenance business for 5 years. I've worked with Remax, Century 21, GE Realtors, and several other local real estate companies, maintaining foreclosed properties and inspecting homes prior to reselling. I'm currently in school at Chattahoochee Technical College, working on HVAC/R degree. There's really not much I can't do in regards to property maintenance.
