We do stay up on the latest developments in our industry through subscription to clubs such as the Ga mover's association.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would make sure that you share the same vision for your yard. That can cause a lot of unmet expectations if your lawn provider does not understand the look you want for your yard. Also, try and find someone who is not the cheapest, because you do get what you pay for most of the time!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That our insurance options are mandated by the government and we have no control of them. They need to ask what type their move comes with and upgrade if they want more coverage, but understanding that if you dont ask for additonal coverage you get the minimum. It is all based on weight so if you have a family heirloom ask for additonal insurance pn that one piece.
