- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do ongoing education for the line of work we do. We stay up with all the latest trends and there is a lot more then just styling hair. You have to make your client feel comfortable with you because hair is a sensitive subject for most women and men.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that clients understand that our time is just as valuable as theirs and if they value our time and treat it with respect it would cut down a lot of waiting time.
