Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. My clients should think about if they want someone that is going to help them take care and manage their hair or do they want someone that is going to just do their hair the way they want it even if it is damaging to their hair? My job is to help you take care of your hair and to teach you how to manage your hair in between the time you see me.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Here at Locs Salon you get that one on one conversation with your hair stylist without any interuptions so you are able to ask any questions or concerns you have. We are about taking care of your hair and getting it back healthy, shiny, and that wonderful feeling again.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Helping people change there look and helping them feel confident about the way they look. Educating clients on how to maintain healthy hair.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Will this hairstyle look nice on me? I normally say all hairstyles are not met for everyone so we will do one that fits you and make you look good.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I wish that clients understand that our time is just as valuable as theirs and if they value our time and treat it with respect it would cut down a lot of waiting time.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. We do ongoing education for the line of work we do. We stay up with all the latest trends and there is a lot more then just styling hair. You have to make your client feel comfortable with you because hair is a sensitive subject for most women and men.
