Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We cater 100's of weddings each year...however, in addition to rehearsal dinners and weddings, we also catering corporate events, private functions, and a ton of holiday parties. Any time there is a need for food, we are there ready to help you make your event shine!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I would advise you to choose a larger company that can meet all of your needs even in a crisis. You never know how good someone is until something goes wrong. We have a team of professionals as well as a fleet of vehicles to assist in all types of situations to ensure your event, no matter what happens, is perfect!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. You can get hors d'oeuvres or a buffet meal for the same price - it just depends upon the selections. Most events are done with disposables as no one remembers the plates from an event, but they do remember the venue and the food! So, budget for items that people will remember! If your caterer tells you no, no, or steers you in a direction other than where you want to go, find someone that will work with you saying yes to every request you have! We do!

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Ask if they are licensed, insured, what their health score is, what preferred vendor lists they are on, etc....you can do your homework and read references online to see other's experience with the vendor - we welcome any of these questions and gladly provide all of this info to anyone!

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Be ready to work 7 days a week and be ready to work long hard hours. When you are tired, its the most important day of their life, so you still have to be at your best. This is a never ending job...when one ends, another one begins, you are never finished!
