Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. When looking for a Mac expert or consultant, it is very important to look at the direct Mac experience of the provider. MacFixins consultants have an average of 8 years of experience fixing, upgrading and troubleshooting Macs.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. MacFixins is unique in the Mac consulting arena because we are a locally owned and operated company, and we only work on Macs. Many companies claim to be Mac experts, but they really work on PCs all day and don't even use Macs. MacFixins is all Mac, all the time.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I get to help people enjoy and get the most out of their Mac Pro, MacBook Pro and iMac. At MacFixins, we are Mac users too, so we enjoy spreading the word about how fantastic the Mac is and how productive you can be when using a Mac.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I've been using Macs for 15 years and I've been helping people get the most out of their computers since the late 90's, in a computer lab in college. That is the best experience possible. 100's of "clients" a day and every possible problem you could imagine, and some unimaginable ones too.
