Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. We teach monthly at Quality Care for Children in Atlanta every month. We have been teaching there for 8 years and all our reviews are amazng. We also teach the staff at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church yearly.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Experience, Experience, Experience!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. How important it is to learn Basic Life Support, as brain damage begins in as little as 4-6 min, and brain death in 10 min, that is why it is so important that everyone knows CPR.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What experience does the professional have in emergency care and are they certified instructors.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. All of instructors are experience in the emergency field we actually have real life experience, we can zone in on your business needs, we do not have a one class suits all teaching style.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. That we are teaching people how to response in an emergency instead of reacting, and knowing that our classes empowers people and that lives are being saved every day.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How long is the certification and do they receive their card on the same day the take the class, The answer is 2 years and yes you receive your card right after the class.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. A mom called us a few month after taking her class to let us know her child had choked on a apple core and she remember everything we had taught her as we have all our participants used the choking manikin to perform abdominal thrusts. Her child life was saved by her that day! We hear many stories like this

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That hiring a CPR professional takes time and only hired a CPR professional who has experience in emergency care as most instructor have never actually preformed CPR/First Aid. It not about just getting a card at the cheapest price, peoples lives depend on the your knowing what to do.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. My brother did not receive CPR in time and is now brain damaged.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We are proud of all our classes as we give 100% in every one.

A. Yes we comply with all updates from the AHA
