Forest Floors is truly a breath of fresh air! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Patrick with Forest Floors gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor. He was punctual, responding to my need for a quote within literally 5 minutes to book an appointment and set it up the very next day! On top of that, he even started the job the next day after that. Complete job finished within not even 3 days and was eager and willing to work late to get it done quickly! Unheard of in todays experience?! Communication is key, which he nailed but even more, the quality of job done is phenomenal. For me, they ripped out old carpet and tile and replaced it with engineered hard wood and new tile. The hardwood purchased was previously used on a film set and unfortunately had some paint residue on it that I was unaware of. Patrick was able to buff it out! They've completely transformed the space. I could not have asked for a better experience and I will scream their praises to anyone that needs new flooring. Excellent Communication, Amazing Quality of Work, and Fair Price!

This has been the best experience with a contractor I have ever had. The owner, Patrick, was amazing at communicating the project schedule and daily ETAs ahead of time. He and his crew showed up on time every time. They were respectful to my house and children. His crew was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, thorough, and kind. I cannot recommend them enough. Chose them.
