- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking an appointment with timing and pricing and a brief consultation over the phone, on the day Checkin formality, A thorough Consultation about what is desired, Suggestions, what is achievable, pricing, how long it will take and stay, Follow up appointments and on call for any questions about styling, products, keeping it healthy. My number one priority is healthy hair, skin so my tons of suggestions are based on that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science, Diploma in Travel and Tourism, 2 year Diploma in Cosmetology. Advance Certification in Hair Color, Highlights, Haircuts.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did corporate jobs for few years in different fiends like Medical billing, Airline crew, Travel Agency, I missed being creative, I got tired of company politics and depending on a company for my livelihood. I wanted freedom of time and to feel good about work and blooming with my creativity. So started my quest and decided I have to have skills which no one can take from me. Had taken a parttime job in Salon to help a master Stylist and I fell in with with this Industry and went to 2 year Cosmetology school and till date love my work, I have all that I wanted. Love meeting new people, feel good about being independent and able to do great things for my clients. Never a dull moment.
