CAD Custom Finishes replaced the siding on my house back in April of 2010, they did a great job and it still looks fantastic. They were also more than willing to address a few other issues around the exterior of my house, one of them being a pre-existing small leak in the roof. They put a new boot around a vent pipe to solve the issue. Well just recently the leak became an issue again, over a year later. I sent Darren an email and he was out at my house to correct the issue the next day. It's such a relief to find a company that backs up their work and continues to provide professional service even after the money collected. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. A short list of our most common types of jobs are Custom Decks and Porches, Sun rooms, House additions, Hardie plank siding, Interior & Exterior Painting, Carpentry, Roofing, Cabinet Refinishing/Wood Restoration, Hardwood Floors and tile installation.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. There is a lot of great, loyal contractors out there and at the same time there is a lot of shoddy companies out there that you really have to watch out for. Don't ever higher a company from out of town... Always stay protected by hiring a licensed GA contractors!!! A great company will always have a insurance and should focus on 100% Customer Satisfaction!!!

A. Our work stands out from others because our group made up of only reliable and talented specialists that have made a name in the metro Atlanta area with discriminating taste and sought after designs. Our number 1 one focus is 100% Customer Satisfaction!!!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We love the most about our job is being able to bring customers dreams to life renovating, restoring and repairing you home, one of your biggest investments. There is nothing better to see the smiles and joy on a customers face as they look that the final product!!! It is also nice working on different homes and meeting all the wonderful customers.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Do you offer warranties on your work?
YES! We offer 3-year on exterior and interior painting; 5 year on carpentry labor; 10-year labor warranty on all new roof installation and Hardie Plank Siding installation.
Are you licensed and insured?
YES! We are licensed and insured. We have the necessary documents to show customers per their request!

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. A recent job that we are proud of was a full back-yard renovation-which we had pictures posted. This included demolishing the existing deck on house and pool deck. New construction decks on house and around pool made with P.T. pine with cedar handrails, stained with Cabot Australian Timer Oil and round, black aluminum pickets. Landscape and hard-scape stack stone wall and column bases. We applied Restore on the cement pool deck. Under Cover Deck System with out door fans. Installed new fence with out-door lighting through out back yard.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. One of our recent jobs included a large full exterior painting, rotten wood replacement on window trim and two bay windows. This particular home had a 3-story deck which we stained entire deck and the swing-set in the back yard!!! This particular job took approx 5 days to complete. Pressure wash and clean windows on day 1. Carpentry and extensive prep on all painted surfaces day 2... Paint all soffit and siding on day 3... Paint all windows, shutters, garage doors on day 4.. Stain all 3 decks and swing set on day 5...
