I have built my company on affordable, honest, friendly and prompt service. I have over 20 years of experience in this trade. I am very flexible with my schedule and can work around your schedule to make it better for you. I charge the same price 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, with same day or next day service. I service a wide area in Atlanta.
My average residential service call charge is $160.00, parts included. Major repairs will cost slightly higher. I normally don't do work by the hour unless it's for commercial customers, and that is only because of so many variables.
I charge $70.00 per hour (minimum of 1 hour) plus a $35.00 trip fee for my commercial customers. To compare with "Reliable Air," they charge $50.00/pound for R-22 freon while I only charge $20.00/pound. Most units hold an average of 3 pounds, thereby saving you almost $100.00. Any part over $500.00 is sold to you at cost; I do not mark it up! The way I see it, you're already spending a lot, and I want your business.
I service and sell all brands. I promise, you won't find a more honest price coupled with the skills and attention to detail that I bring to every job.

“Darrell is the best! He was God Sent this Past September when I was in the hospital and our air condition unit went out he not only saved us $900 plus but completed his work on a Saturday, was honest, professional, and did what he said he would do. It was great to come home from the hospital to a cool home. We are customers for life now”

Darrell is a life saver literally, we are elderly and no AC is a real risk to our health, he dropped everything and came to our rescue. Later when winter came he came back to check our heating system and found we had a carbon monoxide leak.. AGAIN A LIFE SAVER.....

A. The biggest problem I see time and time again is most people forget to change their air filter.A dirty filter can rob your unit of it efficiency and cause major parts to fail due to the strain of working more than it should. Have your outdoor unit cleaned with chemicals once a year.If your AC isnt working turn it off, trying to make it run may ruin the compressor beyond repair. Before turning on your furnance each winter, have it checked out.Old furnance units may omit carbon monoxide that will kill you in your sleep, don't take a chance with you and your family's life.
A. I don't mark up any parts over $500.00,where other companies mark up on the average 30% above cost. I work for myself and I go that extra mile to make sure my customers are more than happy with my detail to quality work at a affordable price. Most large companies have several service techs that work for them, and not always do the techs represent the company as well as they should. In my case I am the company,I know how important it is to have a satisfied customer,if they are happy then my name will get passed on to friends and family.I would say word of mouth is better than any advertisement you could ever do. I have a lot of referrals and it makes me proud to run a respectable company that I have worked so hard to establish.
A. Being able to not only provide my services to help someone that either has no ac in the summer,or no heat in the winter with a prompt fix to their problem at a price they can afford. I understand that some service calls are more important than others as far as urgency.Example if an elderly has no ac and its in the dead of summer, they go to the top of the list.I have several commercial accounts, and if they were to have a walk in cooler going down,I would put them at the top of the list. I understand these are values that all companies should have, but have gotten lost in search of the mighty dollar.I'm still the same, and not changing.I care about my customers health and well being
A. How soon can you come out?? Most of the time I say either later today or first thing tomorrow morning.
