Landscaping, Cleanups & Hauling

Let us take care of your full lawn and yard maintenance to give your yard a clean and well-groomed appearance. We do any landscaping work that you need done, either big or small. We will be glad to work with you on your yard and leaf clean up jobs.

We create or clean up flower beds, and do pruning, removals, etc. We can also do pickups, deliveries and hauling for you with our GMC Sonoma pick-up truck.

We can provide excellent references.

I am a single dad working to build Win For Youth that will help at-risk young people with risk awareness, and help them have academic and athletic opportunities. This work on CL has been helpful for us during our start-up phase and your patronage of our landscaping services will help us to build our youth organization.

Our workers are experienced and professional adults. I have attended college and have a wide range of work experience including:

* construction
* landscaping
* moving
* hauling
* deliveries
* house rehab/improvements
* painting
* yard maintenance
* other labor and sales experience

We are professional, pleasant and easy to work with.

Rates can be quoted either hourly or for a flat rate per job, whichever you prefer. We only accept cash payments please.

Hourly rates are:

* One Worker: $40 per hour (2-hour minimum/$80 minimum total charge per job)

* Two Workers: $70 per hour (2-hour minimum/$140 minimum total charge per job)

* Three Workers: $90 per hour (2-hour minimum/$180 minimum total charge per job)
