FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Word processing, bookkeeping, creation of presentation, calling to confirm appointments, client follow up, billing, payments
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A customer looking to hire a virtual assistant should: - make sure that the virtual assistant understand his or her business. - contact prior references. - ask whether the virtual assistant outsources the work or not. - set the expectations from the beginning.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Many customers that call us to inquire about our services have concerns about the virtual aspects of our work. The number one concern is that they have no way as a client to know that they are getting billed for the right amount of time, since they are not there to supervise. I always assure prospective clients that I use a software called Paymo, that tracks to the second the amount of work spent on a particular project. My time worked is not a guess, it is accurate!
