Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. The most common types of my jobs are roof repairs, which often include some type of painting, because of brown spots in the homes. We recently had a couple of pipe issues, cause of the last freeze warnings problems.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Homework is the most important thing and if a customer does not feel at ease with the first person or company he/she speaks to; chances are the ride (experience) will not be a good one. Do compare the prices, get as many opinions as needed, and ask as many questions as needed, mainly leave an open door for satisfaction.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I wish I knew my rights, mainly when it comes to an insurance claim, and most of all, not everything needs to be replaced. Unless, it is the customer's preference.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We always do great jobs and make sure our clients are fully satisfied. Our service is based on customer referrals.
Our customers come to us, which means, they already know what to expect. Our crew will not do extra work, which our clients do not need. Rest assure, our work is always guaranteed.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What I like most about my job is the smile in the customers' face after a job well done. Far too often, a customer can not imagine that his/her home will be as normal and beautiful as it were before an incident. And that is totally understandable, because @ times of emergencies, one is often not thinking straight; so he/she is very much in need of a trusting company who will stand behind its work.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Customers are always questioning, the price and quality of our work. Our answer is always the same, we shop around for the best price and good materials, simply, because we prefer to treat their homes as if they were ours. Besides, customers should not have to overpay, because they have an emergency. It is our pleasure to pass the savings to our clients.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. About three and half years ago, a customer asked if we can clean her house, with no hesitations, we agreed. After the job was done. She thanked us us for a job well done. One month later, we learned that her house had been on the market for some months, and just could not be sold, but immediately after our deep cleaning and sanitizing; the house was sold with a hefty profit.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. After a bad experience with an insurance company. I did some homework and I found out, there were many people who faced the same difficulties I had with my insurance company. Granted, not all insurance companies do the same.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. A genlteman called us early in the morning, it must have been about 5:30 AM, panic stricking and stated that he had a big emergency. After listening to him, we assured that someone will soon be there to assist the family. The roof was covered with blue tarp, which was about to fall through the second floor ceiling, cause of water pressure, it had been raining for days. The Ridge Vent had flew off. We quickly went to work and avoided him from purchasing a new roof. For that, he was greatful.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I most certainly do, see just like many other field, things are always changing, so we must keep up with the codes and the legal processes.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. At the moment, many professionals are soaring, but every one must pursue his/her dreams, and importantly, go back to the drawing board. Commit to good service, do a lot of advertisements. Most and foremost, word of mouth is always very impressive, also a good way to network with other business owners.
