Update 5/2/24: After initial confusion over what was required in the contract, Criciuma Construction reached out to see how they could make things right and made the extra effort to resolve my concerns. My issue over the disposal of the debris was as a result of miscommunication, not poor workmanship. As I stated in my original post, their work was good--my siding is in much better condition as a result of their efforts. It is evident that these gentlemen take pride in what they do. Original Post: The overall trim and siding work was good quality but there was a communication disconnect on what was quoted versus what was actually done. They did not fully clean up after they were done and left bunch of debris in my back yard.

Phil and his team repaired my chimney which had been attacked by wood peckers and had a few parts of the siding which needed to be repaired. He arrived on time. Quoted me straight away at a very reasonable price and started the work same day. He bought all the materials without needing upfront payment and knocked out the repairs in 2 days. Their workmanship is great and I will be using them for more jobs in the future.
