If they don't give you several different options to solve your landscaping problem, be sure that they have already made a decision for you and are offering you only the option that brings them more money than any other option would. It's your yard, so make sure they do a job that YOU are satisfied with, not them.
A. There are several different ways to accomplish any job. A company is more likely to choose to go the way it makes them more money, rather than handling the problem the way it benefits you.
