Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We specialize in the repair, maintenance, and installation of residential plumbing fixtures such as water heaters, garbage disposals, faucets, toilets, water filters, water lines and sewer lines. Our vans are fully stocked so we don't waste your time going to get parts for your job. In fact, we call our vans our "mine warehouses on wheels."
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure that they will send you a Licensed plumber. Many plumbing companies use unlicensed "technicians." That means the person entering your home has not been trained and has not passed the State of Georgia test to ensure he does quality work.
Also, make sure the plumber shows you copies of his or the company's General Liability and Workmen's Compensation certificates. Any reliable company will ensure that their plumbers always carry copies of these certificates to show to their customers.

A. Helping customers who have difficult problems that can't be diagnosed by other companies or who have had bad experiences with other plumbing companies. It is great when take care of their plumbing problems and turn their bad experience in to a great experience with Atlanta Plumbing Plus.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Are you really the owner? Yes, I am, but I will not be your plumber. One of my licensed plumbers will come to your home to provide service. My job is to hire great plumbers and train them well on providing great customer service in addition to their already great plumbing skills. Just call me if you ever have any questions or need assistance understanding something about your plumbing. If I don't know the answer, I will find out from one of our experienced service plumbers.
