- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my prices are fair, I am always ready to explain how I come up with my pricing to the ones who ask. I think just being as transparent as I am with my clients makes a big difference.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do our best to establish a relationship, we don’t see customers we see people in need of help. We are more than happy to do so. During our initial call, we try to get as much information as possible, we also ask for pictures to make sure we have a strong base to give them a quote. Depending on the scope of work we do that while on the pone and then we sent a written estimate. If not possible to quote the job at that moment we try to give them back an estimate within 24 max. We know communication is Key so we keep them informed of what and how we are doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I would say the 12+ years of experience in the field plus my way of actually keeping up to date with the code.
