For many years, Denise Savage and I worked together at Fernbank Science Center, a part of the DeKalb County School System in Atlanta, GA - I as a member of the Instructional Media Department and Denise as Administive Assistant to my coordinator. As such, Denise handled a variety of projects involving students and staff. Capable and responcible, she worked well with staff and visitors to the Center. Denise has many interests, one of which is photography. She is a gifted photographer and has profected her skills through classes, showing her work and travel. She is always seeking to learn. Denise enjoys photographing people, events and architecture. I am happy to recommend Denise Savage. She will be an asset to any project and provide a beautiful final product.

The photographs Denise has taken are breathtakingly beautiful, capturing smiles, expressions, and excitement. The lighting in the photos is always perfect! As well as Denise's consummate professionalism, she is also very sincere, warm and patient. She seems to get absolute joy from her work which is reflected in the quality photographs she produces. Her prices are reasonable and you are able to view the photographs on-line, which means that you are not pressured into any purchases. Denise Savage is a great photographer with a determination to please her clients and extraordinary enthusiasm for her work. For the past 10 years she has traveled with my advanced studies classes on field trips to the Georgia Coast and elsewhere. She documented student activities with hundreds of photographs and videos of the students, the natural environments, plants, and animals we were studying. Denise has a practiced eye for good action shots and an instinct for the photos needed to document locations, events, and people we encountered on our field trips. On her own initiative she created a CD/DVD photographic album for each student after every field trip experience. Working with Denise has been a productive and rewarding experience.

This is the photographer you want to use to produce beautiful prints that will last a lifetime. For photography work done by this artist behind the lens are lively, colorful, and captures facial expressions which display the true essence of the subjects photographed. Even the birds, trees, and waters along with skylines are captured with such details that demand this work should be display in museums. Thank you,

Denise Savage made the photoshoot a wonderful experience. I warned her that my husband did not smile in pictures however she turned that statement into fuel. It did my heart good to see a true smile from him. Not only is that our official picture, it is my very favorite picture of us as a couple. Ms. Savage is personable yet very professional.

    I am studying for the CPP (certified professional photographer) license this year. I take continuing education classes in photography. I belong to several photography clubs like womeninfocusatlanta

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I love people and love to make them happy and see them smile at the end of the shoot when they see how good they look in their portraits! I have always love to tell people's stories through the eyes of my camera lens!
