• Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  A. Stay away from the Big Box stores for Computer Services they hire Tech's straight out of school with no experience. You don't want a Geek anyway you want a Tech that can explain things in non-technical terms.

• Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

  A. Most of my business is Virus and Spyware removal. The worst sources right now for these virus infections is Facebook, as soon as you click on the bad link, it's too late you are infected. The virus also blocks your internet access so you can't fix the virus.
  
  Be very careful on Facebook and Kids Game sites as well.

• Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

  A. How much experience do you have. I know Techs straight out of school with certifications that I would not think of letting near my systems. Real working experience is a must.
  
  Also I have vendors that sell to me wholesale so I can save you on Computer Equipment, Software, Accessories and will make sure it is the best option for your needs.

• Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

  A. I am SERVICE oriented. I don't up-sale. I treat my customers the way I like to be treated, with respect and honesty.
  If a computer or related device is not worth fixing I will tell you that! Then help you find the best replacement.
