What an incredible find! I reached out to Thumbtack on a Sunday for a dryer vent installation. Quentaz responded immediately, and said he’d feel bad charging me to come out as It would be simple for me to do. He then proceeded to talk me through the entire procedure, and even sent me images of what I needed to buy. He very patiently stayed on the phone while I sent pictures etc. Needless to say, I followed all his instructions and did It myself thanks to him. I will reach out to him for any future appliance issues… sooo, grateful!

This technician was very professional, punctual and efficient when it came to diagnosing and repairing the problem.
