Will this repair completely fix your problem or is there something else associated / are more future repairs required to resolve the problem completely? Ask as many question's possible to assure you your decision to hire someone like us.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. what could I do to maintain care of my vehicle and keep down repair cost? when you first notice an problem weather it's lack of power, fuel consumption, leaks, warning light(s): start inquiring from atleast three different opinions before getting work perform.

A. They should know, but not strongly required; the year, make, model, and engine liter size. The problem was it suddenly or gradually? How long have you had this problem?

A. I had an call from an couple that wanted me to troubleshoot their vehicle,and give a price on replacing their motor, they were told they needed an motor by their local dealer only to realize they only needed an battery and computer; the battery was very weak so would not turn over, and after adding sufficient power and some troubleshooting found the computer was faulty, after repairs they drove for a number of years until wreaked.

A. By doing the basic's and drive like those who are not in a big rush, they could save hundreds in repairs.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Got tired of companies screwing people just to meet an quota for the month, instead of complaining about it I decided to change it. strating with myself and why I begain to work on cars, for the love not the money.

A. this was a month or two ago; longtime customer called was qutoed by dealership an oil leak: rear and main seal, vavle cover gasket, and some other stuff but He asked could he bring it drop it off for me to look at it, next morning got it in the air checked it out called up told him come pick it up, explain to him his oil filter was leaking, needless to say he had some doubts but he paid and left, after a few days he call me back saying Thank you so much, I doubted you but after looking at the large quote by the dealer I figured why not try what he said after doing what you said (change the oil filter); I have not seen a drop of oil since thank you are you in the shop now? and he came by and gave me an extra amount of money for saving him so much money. I just smiled and explained that's why I do what I do tired of inocent people getting railroaded for an quick dollar, what happen to integerity. and this happen on morethan one occassion with more than three different customer's. so when I can save you money and you see from your own perspective that blesses me.

A. yes in my field every year there are new vehicles produce with new mechanic's about their production so in order to troubleshoot, diagnos, and make repairs you must know about those vehicle's or DON'T TOUCH THEM.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Too many to name and some are already on your vehicle's you are just aware of them, do to them fucntioning as they should.

A. most recent rear wheel hub bearings for an BMW 325IS, cost varies by make and modle and it took about 1 hour 20min's maybe. stoped to return wrong parts so until correct ones came wasn't paying attention to my time.

A. If you are just in it for the money then don't seek my adivse. I do what do because I love it, yes the money is good but genuwinely it's about the people, the customer satisfaction.
