FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is established based on the steps involved. Some jobs can be completed quick but some may require additional steps to ensure the project is properly completed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is concise and clear. The first step is to meet the customer or offer them the option of a “rough quote” over the phone (explained in our bio). The following step would be to gather the scope-of-work and to prepare the quote based on the information, client’s request, and materials required. Quotes can be prepared the same day and most times within 45 mins.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2014, I was employed by a painting company that was doing 1.5 million in sales. I started as a bookkeeper but steadily began to acquire new roles that later helped me understand the process of doing a job. Keeping the books organized along with being on top of the work orders, was a must to keep our clients satisfied. Nearly 9 years later, I decided to start from scratch along with a few trusted individuals that were determined just as I was to fulfill any painting tasks offered.
