If you need a swimming pool professional who can diagnose and fix the problem without guessing costing me money, don't call this company. They returned the pump I paid for which he said would be no problem but now charging me $250 every time they come for chemicals but my pool isn't fixed or cleaned. The manager then said I'm out of 1493.50 for a service that didn't fix my pool how is this fair? Without a full refund?

Hello Mr. Green, I wanted to give you a breakdown on your pool service as your thumbtack messages do not match up with David’s text messages or visits in person when talking to the gentlemen outside. When we were hired you stated a company had told you that you needed your pump replaced. On Thursday the 15th we spent 3 hours replacing your pump and fixing pvc pipes that were leaking. The pool was treated as a green to clean that day as stated in the invoice $250 is for one visit. Old pump - upon arrival image0.jpeg New pump installed below image1.jpeg Monday the 19th, we spent 2 hours reinstalling your old pump as requested. And replacing faulty unities. At this visit, we treated your pool green to clean treatment for the second time for free at NO cost to you. We have a video of your old pump reinstalled with no leaks. David has mention numerous times in person and in text messages that sand in filter needs to be changed for optimal circulation and actuator has a crack which will continue to take air in your pump. Your pool chemicals are all in range but the water will not clear up until proper functioning filter. The gentlemen outside were there to acknowledge the chemicals were all in range so your $250 one visit and free chemical visit were not a waste. David said he was not going to charge for the sand change and was going to fix the problem until we received a nasty message that wasn’t even remotely true. Now receiving a bad review on thumbtack is disheartening and can really hurt a small business. David has already told you in our text messages that we are partially refunding you for the pump minus material, 5 hours of labor and one chemical service. And we are still honoring that as we are professionals and have enough correspondence and videos. God bless you! Datz Pool and Spa Care

Prices vary due to size and location of a swimming pool. We can provide you with an accurate quote with information given regarding your pool, however we will come out to offer a free quote at anytime to make sure the customer is happy with agreement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to your pool at an available time to meet and agree on price. The price is decided on pool conditions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Chemistry. Also, I have been trained by 3 different professionals.
