I recently moved to Georgia and I found Michael Ware on thumb tack. I met with a few trainers for free sessions and I chose Michael because his workouts were creative, intense, and so much fun. I have only been training with him for a couple of weeks, but I am seeing results already, not to mention how great I feel. Do a free session with Michael. You won't regret it!

By far the best and most thorough workout I have ever experienced! I love that I can spend an hour in the gym and know I have worked almost every muscle in my body. I had a lot of weight to lose when I started with Mike and I can honestly say I know I am going to get there. He is such an encouraging, knowledgable trainer. If you are ready for an amazing workout experience, go with Mike.
