- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $99 minimum for most jobs. Jobs are priced by the project, not by the hour. We are fully insured and offer a 1 year labor warranty. Offers half day / full day rates, as well as repeat customer, senior & military discounts. Measure & inspection fees may apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our CSR will reach out by phone or text to get more information about your project, answer questions and collect any information pertaining to the request. Often times, we can provide quotes with pictures, but otherwise we'll schedule one of our craftsman to come out to assess the project & provide a quote. Once the quote is accepted, the office will call to schedule, collect deposit & payment information.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are currently the only Handyman Connection franchise in Georgia.
