Good Company
I needed to get the locks changed on my home. I just bought the home and I wasn’t certain who all might have had a key. I was afraid that I would have to replace all my locks, but when I called Roswell Lock and Key they assured me that would not be necessary. They said that they can rekey my locks and create a new key for me and kill the old one! I was relieved and that saved me a bunch of money that I thought I was going to have to spend! The guys came out, knocked it out, and gave me some bran new keys! I am really impressed! Great Company and they saved me money!!!

Question and answer
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We are a Georgia Company and we take pride in the service that we provide to our community! We want to earn your business and provide you with top notch service!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We enjoy providing a service to the community! We like to help people find solutions to their problems.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What is Lock Bumping?
Lock bumping is the process of using an ordinary key and a hammer or another device to “bump” the key and bypass the lock’s security feature. Just about any ordinary lock is vulnerable to this technique.
How can I protect myself against “lock bumping”?
High Security locks are the answer to this growing threat. High Security locks are constructed with numerous security features that make them “bump resistant” and “pick resistant”. These locks can also solve a number of other issues as well.
How can I prevent people from copying my key?
There are several ways to solve this problem… One way would be to change your locks to use a “high security key” that would restrict the keys ability to be duplicated. Another alternative would be to change your locks to a push button, digital, or biometric lock (fingerprint).
Do I have to replace my locks to change my key?
Nope! Most of the time your locks can be “rekeyed” to a new key! By rekeying you will be removing the old key and programming a new key to work in its place.
Can I install new locks and have my old key work them?
Yes! You can install new locks and have your old key work them. There are several factors that must be taken into consideration before purchasing and installing your new locks, i.e. brand compatibility, etc. Please contact us for more details!
