Pricing basically varies according to what type of training you are doing and your level of commitment. The longer the commitment, the lower your costs per month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I regularly attend workshops and fitness seminars which provide me with needed CEC's as well as embark on new Certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been involved in sports all my life and know the importance of proper form and technique when exercising. Most people THINK they know what they are doing in a fitness facility, but the truth is they don't. I chose to provide others with a safe foundation to start with in order for them to make exercise a lifestyle.
