- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have 4 Wedding Packages that I offer, and 2 Event Packages (depending on what you are inquiring about), which have a complete break down on what I offer and everything they entail. (Unfortunately thumbtack will not let me post it on here). If you would like to see the details of the quote that I quoted or like to see more options, please email me and I will send you my packages complete with pictures and details on everything. I also offer Monograms and Uplighting packages with discounts depending on which packages you choose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally after the initial contact, I like to chat on the phone if possible so we can get to know each other and get an idea of what is wanted and expected for the event. Shortly after that, I like to meet up with the customer (if possible) to get a few things in order (music,address,times), get the contract signed and the deposit taken care of to lock in the date. During that time, or shortly after, I will give/send you my Wedding Packet which is an organized questionnaire of all the songs, music, and everything else I will need to be on the same page with you and to make the event flow as smoothly as possible. I will make sure that we are in constant contact throughout the process and stay up to date with all the details concerning the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a self taught DJ with 22 years of experience and I stay up to date with music and equipment. I am always reading and researching different ways to improve myself and my services.
