- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided at an early age that I wanted to be a Chef and work in the food and beverage industry. Cooking came naturally and I have been in the business for the past sixteen years. After cooking all over the country from Las Vegas to Miami, I decided to move home and start my own catering company
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We cater all events from in home dinners and tasting menus to wine dinners and engagement parties. No job is to big nor is it to small.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We did an engagement party for the hosts brother and blew them away. We went above and beyond the call of duty and really gave them a party they wouldn't forget
