I just had my carpet cleaned yesterday, and it looks terrific! I would use Upscale again in a heartbeat. I've been saying for the longest time that I could not WAIT to get new carpet. Now I don't even have to! Leon did a fantastic job -- he knew exactly what he was doing, he took his time, and the results were unbelievable. He jokingly said, "you don't need new carpet, you need me!" =) Boy, was he right. I highly recommend him. I have a feeling he's going to be in business for a long, long, time and deservedly so. I've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past to clean my carpet, but none seems to be able the job to my satisfaction level until I discovered Leon from Upscale Carpet Cleaning.
The company uses nothing, but natural cleaning supplies which is a plus especially when you have kids like I do, and the service was great. Leon came in, checked the house and quote me a much lower price than expected. I found myself a new carpet cleaning, Leon did such a great job cleaning the carpet the first time around that I intend on using him for as long as I need a carpet cleaning company to clean my carpet. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Cheap is not always good. A competitor may charge you $69.00 to clean 5 rooms,but he is not giving you a quality job,because he is always hurrying to get the next one. I take pride in my job,and I also use all natural cleaning solutions,which is good for your kids and pets.Most carpet shampoos are laced with some of the most toxic substances,and it is left in your carpet fibers.Can you afford to take chance with your health?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our carpet shampoo is natural plant based, with natural deodorizers.

A. When I am doing a job for a client, I take into consideration that I am also a client,so I put my all into it,reasonably and honestly. I made sure it is done to my satisfaction,so the client would not feel shortchanged. I also bear in mind that integrity cannot be regained when it is lost.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How much does it cost to clean my carpet? My answer is: I can help you with that. I have to take a look at the job,and make a decision based on the condition of the carpet. You do yourself, and also the customer by just giving a price without seeing what it would take to get the job done right.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I went to inspect a job,and the client told me she was going to replace the carpet,because it was so dirty,but I assured her that I could totally restored her carpet. She was very doubtful,but my confidence was unshaken. So I went to work. First I did a pre spray with a non pathogenic bacterial solution,then unleashed my Rotovac DHX. She with wide eyed amazement could not believed her eyes. She gave me a big tip, and we both were very happy with the results.
