The difference between Tenant Science and others I have used in the past is the great attention to details and how attentive they are. Their response rate is optimal. Even when minor issues arose, they called me to give an update before I even thought of calling them. I am happy with their service. They are very friendly and polite to our residents. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our onboarding process is pretty seamless, we can usually do most of the work for you but there are certain accounts that you need to be involved in transferring. We will provide you with a checklist in your welcome package that will make it so that when the time comes you can just hand us the ball and watch us go.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a commercial realtor and commercial property investor for 20 years. My team at Tenant Science is fully trained and capable.
