We used DNK for our women's group's 25th anniversary celebration banquet. He arrived way earlier than I was expecting him too, brought all his own gear, and set up appropriately for our space. He dressed very well and created a wonderful atmosphere. He provided good dinner music and worked with our other entertainment. He got the ladies up and dancing, some were 90 years or better! He was able to improv when we had a mishap and didn't have any awkward dead air between songs. Ken did a PHENOMENAL job and we were very, very pleased. He was worth far more than what he charged. The day after, all the ladies could do was say how wonderful and energetic the banquet was. DJ Ken/DNK REALLY made our night and our event!

Ken is an absolutely wonderful DJ and Karaoke MC! I was organizing my BFF's 40th Birthday Party and had "rejected" Ken as an option since I believed he would be coming from too far away. He was the only "reject" that came back to me and asked me why I had turned him down. He was both funny and persuasive and I so admired his tenacity that he became the only choice for my BFF's event. I did NOT regret it. He was brilliant! He had every artist and record that I asked of him and his sound and light systems are state of the art. If you don't hire Ken, you would be missing out on a great experience.

I loved the work you did at the WELCA convention at Callaway Gardens. If I had a wedding or something coming up soon, you would be at the top of my list to work with.

Thank you for your comments! I work very hard to make sure each and every party that I work becomes a success for it's Event or Party planner. Hearing such great reviews lets me know that the hard work and planning that I have done and the great support that I have received from your party planner has not gone unnoticed. I fully understand that people plan and save for big annual events and with many people traveling from as for away as California, I need to make sure that they have the best time as possible!

FAQs

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started making mix tapes before they were called mixtapes in the 1970's. Having grown up in a musical family and not being a great musician like my dad I still loved to entertain with music. I have an ear for perfect pitch much like my Dad and should have been a singer but that didn't work out either. Music has always been a passion so when I DJ'd my first job while in the military in 1983 I was hooked!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients use us for a variety of services including DJ Service, Sound System Rentals and video production.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I enjoy fund raising events which I am asked to Emcee often. The most recent was a small event to raise money for a family with growing medical bills. It turned out great and raised over $7000 for the needy family!
