A. the older appliances were made to last longer. these days most of the appliances that are sold do not last a year without giving problems.... to be honest that is how the manufactures makes money-when the sell their parts. always buy American

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Mr fix it appliance repairs have been servicing atlanta and her surrounding suburbs since 2004. We provide 1 year parts and labor warranty with all repairs. We are able to diagnose most problems over the phone. If there a chance we are not able to diagnose your problem over the phone, we charge a small service charge of $35. 00 to check your appliance in and out. We install and repair kitchen,laundry appliances and central air conditioning units. We sale and install all water heaters. We are bonded and insured.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. If i was a customer and needed a technician to fix my appliances, that tech should be able to tell me what is wrong with my machine when i gave him or her the symptoms. I know that is not possible in all cases but. I would still ask to see if they have clue on properly repairing your appliance. I would also ask, how long do they guarantee their work? Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I went to school at bay state school of technology. There i spent 1. 5 learning how to repair and install all major appliances and heating and air units. From bay-state i worked for sears and later manage several apartment complexes as a supervisor. In 04 i decided to work for myself and started mr fix it. When i come to your home i come in with experience and knowledge at what i do. Most of our jobs are referrals. A. I LOVE TO DO WHAT I DO. I LOVE SEEING THE SMILES ON PEOPLE'S FACES WHEN I REPAIR THEIR AC ON A HOT DAY. i I LOVE TO SEE THE SMILES IN MY CUSTOMERS FACES WHEN ITS COLD AT NIGHT I COME TO THEIR HOME 2 AM IN MORNING TO FIX THEIR HEATING SYSTEMS. Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What the best appliances to buy?. I always answer whirlpool. Whirlpool are more durable,dependable,parts are cheaper and its all american. I don't mine a ge oven oven.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Over the summer a woman had call me to give her a quote to installing central air system. Upon arrival i ask the lady"why does she think she needs to replace the whole central system? ". She replied because lee's ac repair told her that it needed be replace because of lighting damage. I change the filter charge the unit with r-22 and less then 10 min her almost like new central system was cooling her home. She was very happy to jump $9000 to $125. To me that is fulfilling.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I am trying to build a business, i don't want to make a quick buck. I want my customers to refer me to their moms,dads,brothers,sisters,cousin etc. 678-663-3329

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I always like to fix things; i can remember as a little boy in a family with five sister no bro i always took my parents broken appliances and repair them. I also wanted to have trade were i am able to provide for my family.
