A. I like seeing the end results from my customer's excited and pleased reaction when I finish each job. Words cannot describe the feeling that I get from witnessing complete customer satisfaction.

A. I have an A+ Certification that allows me to repair any home or office computer system. Currently, I am pursuing to obtain my CISCO Networking certification.
