My job is to help you make an informed decision on your investment. All home inspections are done by I.T.A standards with complete and comprehensive reports with pics. We visually inspect all structural and mechanical components of the home, including, roofs, attics, crawlspaces and basements.

A. Our work stands out because of detailed orientated inspection and report system. At the end of inspections customers feel educated on the inspection process and their future home.

A. How long is the inspection process? My inspections take 2-3 hrs depending on age and conditions of home.
