We are your personal caterer, event planner and travel agent. We plan events for you, suggest the best food and beverages for you, and cater the best food.
Since our establishment, we have served food at events like family reunions, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, showers, and corporate events. We also help prepare and plan for the events, travel arrangements and whatever special needs you may have.
We specialize in cajun, southern and specialty dishes all for your discriminating taste. No party is too small but less than 200 people. We are usually referred, and we enjoy bringing our talents to your locale or your choice of venue.

A. Some caterers are too big, but we cater to your special needs no matter how small your event. We make it special for you and make it affordable as well. We have exquisite menu suggestions and work within your budget.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. How many years have you been involved and what success have you had in the business? The answer is 40 years and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and flexible to serve the customer as best we can.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What are your special talents and experiences that will bring light to the services we need for our event. How reasonable are you and what are the limitations of your service. We have none. We have catered to almost every ethnic group possible and have close ties with those in the business to make your wishes come true.
