- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard prices are fifty-nine cents a square foot. (.59sqft) Base boards are normally included in that price. Base boards 1.25/Linear ft Crown molding .85/Linear ft Doors (one sided) 10.00 (two sided) 20.00 Door and Frame 35.00 Ceilings (varies on site) There are times where we'll eyeball the room and reduce the price. For example if the bedroom turns out to be $425 because of it's size; it might get bumped down to $300-350 depending. One gallon of paint is included, most times, in our quotes. Most rooms need at least 2 gallons of paint. One normally isn't enough unless it's a bathroom, kitchen, or the same color & sheen. One gallon for the same color also depends on how old the paint is most times and dfinitely depends on the grade of paint as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Faux Real is not just about putting paint on the wall. We understand that creating the right feel to a room is a process. 1. We consult on ideas together. 2. My team designs and offers samples 3. Once you decide, we leave you with a feeling of gratitude and love not only for the work, but also satisfied with the money you've spent. 4. Perfect clean up always. 10-15% off for first time clients.

I went to Gwinnett Technical College for faux finishing and interior design.
