- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount for first-time renters! Venue Rentals are available in 4 and 8-hour block times on Saturdays starting at $1000 before 4 pm and $1100 after 4 pm Sundays are available at an hourly rate of $200/hr after 3pm (minimum 4 hours) Fridays after 4pm start at $860 Weekdays have 2 hour block time available starting at $350 Wedding block times are available starting at $1350
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will need to complete an inquiry form with details about your event and specific needs. We will contact you with a personalized proposal/quote. Once accepted, the signed contract along with $350 (includes a $150 refundable deposit) is due to reserve your date. Weddings require 25% for deposit.

We have over 10 years of experience in the events industry, including event planning, coordinating, decorating, photo booth, catering, and more.
